The registered name must correspond with the name sequence on the degree certificate.

Two copies are required: one original and one duplicate.

Applicants for industrial postdoctoral positions must submit an extra copy of each document.

A photocopy of the ID card (or military officer’s card, passport).

A photocopy of the Doctoral Degree Certificate or an official document, such as a “ Confirmation of Doctoral Degree Conferral” or “Thesis Defense Resolution,” issued by the degree administration authorities of the candidate’s institution.

Postdoctoral Fellows Employment Contract (Work Agreement)

Four copies are required, all originals and signed by the supervisor. The college’s dean must also sign and affix a seal.

For the Employment Contract for Foreigners, Four copies are needed, with two signed by the supervisor and sealed by the college.

Medical Examination Report

One copy

Educational Credential Assessment Certificate issued by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) under the Ministry of Education

One copy, provided by overseas Chinese returnees applying for the position.

Degree Verification Materials

One copy, provided by international applicants who have obtained their degrees outside China.

Applicants can apply online through the e-Services Platform from the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) (https://zwfw.cscse.edu.cn/).

Foreign Employee Political Status Form

One copy, provided by the international applicant.

The above documents must be arranged in the order of 1 to 9.

Original identification document (For international scholars, the original passport and a photocopy of the passport’s personal information page are required. One copy of each.)

Original doctoral degree certificate (For those with overseas degrees, a degree verification from the Chinese consulate/embassy or the Ministry of Education is mandatory.)

A copy of the designated bank card for salary disbursement (Individuals who have not yet applied for a bank card must provide the bank card details within one week after registration.)

 

Additional documents required for international postdoctoral fellows.
