Office of Human Resources
The Office of Human Resources is responsible for a comprehensive range of functions related to human resources management, institutional organization, position management, talent acquisition, postdoctoral administration, compensation and benefits, and social security. Our main responsibilities include:
1. Implement national policies and regulations regarding personnel affairs to ensure a robust personnel management system within the University. 2. Administer personnel management and evaluation processes. 3. Facilitate job classification and manage the recruitment process for positions within the University. 4. Recruit high-level talent in alignment with the University’s disciplinary, professional, and developmental needs. 5. Organize the application, management, and evaluation of postdoctoral research programs, as well as providing daily support for postdoctoral fellows. 6. Manage salary, performance evaluations, benefits, and social security for faculty and staff. 7. Coordinate health check-ups for faculty and staff. 8. Oversee the employment of non-regular staff and individuals awaiting appointment. 9. Complete tasks as assigned by the University or superior authorities. |
