Office of Compensation and Benefits
The Office of Salary and Benefits performs the following functions: 1. Oversee the University’s policy-based changes in salary structures, pay raise, and remuneration adjustments for faculty and staff. 2. Supervise the review, distribution, and monitoring of performance-based pay across all faculty and staff. 3. Administer welfare funds and provide financial assistance to the surviving dependents of the University’s faculty and staff. 4. Ensure the timely delivery of benefits promised to talented individuals returning to work at the University. 5. Maintain and update information regarding the salary management system across Guizhou Province. 6. Prepare salary statistical reports assigned by the authorities. 7. Process salary transfer procedures for individuals undergoing job changes. 8. Manage the promotion process for technical workers. 9. Perform daily tasks and duties designated by superior authorities.
