The Office of General Affairs plays a vital role within the office of Human Resources, responsible for a variety of essential functions, including: 1.Oversee interdepartmental coordination and external networking initiatives. 2.Draft the annual work plan, work summary, and related documentation. 3.Coordinate meeting arrangements and facilitate decision-making processes. 4.Manage paperwork to ensure timely completion and accuracy. 5.Ensure the proper use and security of the Office’s seal. 6.Oversee the management of fixed assets and office supplies. 7.Maintain the registration and confidentiality of sensitive documents, as well as managing correspondence, publications, and records. 8.Maintain and update the Office’s website. 9.Monitor attendance and duty assignments. 10.Complete daily routines and tasks as assigned by superior authorities.
